Sailor Celestial Nebula

I drawed mah Sailor Scout! Took me forever to figure out her colors and making them glittery-ish and stuff. She's a Nebula scout, one of two(the other is my best friends scout, soon to be collab of them together by us) Yes she has wings but they are made of nebula dust so they appear and disappear at will. I'll be posting her attacks and character sheet with all of her outfits soon.
