What do I do? Unfinished

Greatly unfinished, something I'm trying to work on. Originally I was going to make it Chuu but I just couldn't get the nose right, still can't even though I've switched it to being Hotaru(my Bleach OC). I haven't drawn anime in so long that I'm quite rusty and it's frustrating because I'm having to do it on my computer as my scanner died about two years ago. I'd kill for a tablet -eyes her mouse...glares and wishes horrible painful death upon it- it's very hard to make good line art with a mouse, coloring isn't so bad but line art...uhg.

So far this is what I have(yes I know she's bald, I always work on the hair last for some reason), tell me if you see any problems with her face, I know the shoulders are a little off but I just put them there for a moment to keep track of what goes where so to speak. I think I need to lower the ear a little bit looks a little too high to me for some reason. I might have to work on her mouth a little more too. Once again this is just a rough draft(evil thing) so hopefully she'll look better once I get her finished and colored and all that fun stuff. Let me know what you think and if you spot anything that's off, trust me I need to hear it.

EDIT 9/11/11- Started on her hair, got most of the pigtails done, just got to clean up the lines, and put down the base lines for her bangs which are going to be a pain. Next up shoulders -shudders at the thought- and finishing the pose a bit. Then the details such as her collar and freaking outfit which I dread drawing btw. Lemme know if the pigtails need to be moved a bit, not sure if they're sitting in the right spot. -3-
